Responsibilities

Serves as the resource and expert on all data requirements for quality and performance related programs associated with STHS. Communicates, educates and coaches in ways to meet these program requirements, such as LeapFrog and Core Measures. Develops and provides education to the leaders, medical staff, and employees on any program changes as they are known to be proactive in adjusting to requirements for improved performance. Develops and implements abstraction methods to support program requirements. Develops and implements systems for corrections and follow up by working with Process Improvement Department. Serves as data subject matter expert, working with corporate data analytics for continued learning and understanding of metrics and applications.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's Degree required.

2. Three to five years of experience in data programs

3. Process improvement experience a plus.

4. Must have advanced knowledge of quality programs such as LeapFrog, Core Measures. Must have ability to use Microsoft Office programs including, Word and Excel.

Extensive use and knowledge of computer equipment.
Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.

EDUCATION / LICENSURE:

1. Certification in Quality/Joint Commission Professional is preferred.

2. Must be able to travel between STHS facilities if needed.
