As a Security Officer Overnight Driving Patrol in Greenville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Residential Patrol Officer, where you will conduct routine vehicle and/or foot patrols throughout a residential location, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, document daily events and/or incidents, and report policy violations, property concerns, and suspicious behavior according to site expectations.
• Support a professional presence at the location by interacting respectfully with residents and visitors, following post instructions, and assisting with security-related requests as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
