Aquent is partnering with a globally recognized, trend-driven intimates and apparel brand to bring on a talented Lingerie Designer to support their seasonal collections. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on lingerie/intimates experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment.

You'll play a key role in designing a commercially successful product from concept through production, working alongside cross-functional teams to bring collections to life. If you're passionate about fit, construction, and creating products that resonate with customers, this is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do



  • Design commercially viable lingerie collections aligned to seasonal direction
  • Create sketches, tech packs, and detailed product specifications
  • Attend fittings and refine designs based on feedback
  • Partner with product development, merchandising, and vendors
  • Maintain accurate product data in PLM systems
  • Conduct trend and competitor research
  • Support presentations and special design projects


What You'll Bring



  • 3+ years of fashion design experience (lingerie/intimates required)
  • Strong understanding of fit, fabric, and construction
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience creating tech packs and working with PLM systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment


Nice to Have



  • Hand sketching ability
  • Strong fashion history knowledge
  • Experience in high-volume retail environments

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.24 to $41.38/hr. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
