Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
• Basic English communication skills (read, write, speak)
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Commitment to safety, including proper ESD handling

Key Responsibilities

• Connect and run testing programs on motherboards (MB)
• Accurately complete documentation and travelers per SOPs
• Inspect hardware for defects or non-warranty damage
• Route products based on test results
• Follow all ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety procedures
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals
• Assist other departments as needed
