Trilogy Federal is seeking an ERP Business Analyst with expertise in CGI's Advantage 4.0 ERP Financial Management Solution. This role comes with a focus on supporting external customers with analyzing current business processes, developing functional requirements, testing solutions to address client needs, and supporting end users with system functionality. The ideal candidate will be able to review existing configuration documentation, review expected functionality with end users and subject matter experts, develop testing approaches, and execute test scripts across several areas of Advantage ERP Functionality including Budget, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Vendor Management, and Procurement.
Please note, this position is contingent upon award (expected May/June 2026). Candidates must travel up to 25% to Nassau County, NY.

Primary Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates may have functional experience in one or more of the following areas:



  • Functional support of CGI Advantage (State and Local) Financial Management systems





  • Participation in O&M, system implementations, or major system upgrades, including postgolive support





  • Hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including:





  • Developing UAT strategies, scenarios, and test scripts





  • Executing test cases and validating system behavior against business requirements





  • Coordinating testing efforts with business users and stakeholders





  • Identifying, documenting, and supporting resolution of defects





  • Knowledge of State and Local government financial management practices, standards, and compliance requirements





  • Ability to work with senior-level clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend implementation or testing approaches





  • Familiarity with automated regression testing concepts and development





  • Ability to support testing-related technical artifacts such as queries, test data sets, and reconciliation reports



Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting,or similar.





  • 5-8 years of experienceas a business analyst or tester with Financial Management ERP solutions.





  • 4+years of experience withAdvantage orMomentumFinancials





  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients.





  • Strong written and oral communication skills.





  • An outstanding ability towork independently,establishpriorities,and meet deadlines in a client-driven environment.





  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance





  • Ability to travel approximately 1 week per month



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with SQL and other data management tools





  • Experience with Automated Testing tools
