We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of the free experience bundled with "Works with Nexa", including integration of devices into Nexa. In this role, you will shape how thousands of customers first experience Nexa-and how they grow with it over time. You'll own the end-to-end journey from first-time setup to daily engagement, translating connected equipment into an intuitive, experience customers genuinely rely on. Success means customers go from "installed" to activated, from "connected" to confident-and from the free experience to the paid tier through simple onboarding, clear value moments, and a thoughtful upgrade path that makes deeper capability feel like the natural next step.
