Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour + $2.25 shift differential

Monday - Wednesday (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM) + Thursdays (6:30 PM - 12:30 AM)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred

Skills & Abilities:

• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to identify and address safety concerns
• Experience using inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read die drawings and inspect parts to specifications
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively
• Willingness to participate in additional training (e.g., Extrusion 101)
• Ability to assist with preventive maintenance
• Ability to properly identify materials

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety at all times; follow all company safety programs and guidelines
• Support company values, objectives, and operational strategies
• Cross-train across multiple functions within the department
• Review and verify manufacturing orders to meet internal and customer specifications
• Inspect aluminum extrusions prior to entering aging ovens
• Follow all department processes, procedures, and performance metrics
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles
• Meet production schedules to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
• Provide continuous improvement ideas to enhance processes and efficiency
• Support press operations in all necessary capacities
