What You'll Do
This position is responsible for:
- Manage and provide financial oversight of Mopar Supply Chain fixed and variable warehousing costs across North America and Canada
- Prepare and deliver monthly Budget, Forecast, and Actual (BFA) financial reporting
- Own month-end close activities, including preparation and posting of journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications
- Perform period-over-period financial analysis for North American reporting and global consolidation requirements
- Provide financial analysis, guidance, and decision support to Supply Chain Operations on ad hoc initiatives supporting sales growth, cost savings, and process improvement
- Act as the primary owner of the North America / Canada Warehousing general ledger, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Operations, Accounting, and Corporate Finance to resolve issues and support business objectives
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to financial processes, reporting tools, and data transparency

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, or related degree
- Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience and 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SAP
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/CPA preferred
- Experience with Onestream and Essbase preferred
