Duties include lncRNA-based proximity labeling of RNA, DNA and proteins to determine the interactome of a lncRNA regulator of neurogenesis. CRISPR-based engineering will also be used to develop neural lncRNAs as therapeutic targets and biomarkers. Required Qualifications:
