**What you'll do:**

* Support design leads in managing seasonal fabric orders, ensuring precise color specifications.

* Assist in the creation of black and white sketches for various design concepts.

* Contribute to the design process by coloring up all sketches.

* Actively participate in cross-functional meetings, fostering collaboration across teams.

* Develop comprehensive technical design packages, partnering closely with production and technical design teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

**Skills & Qualifications:**

* Experience assisting in a design capacity, specifically with knits, sweaters, or accessories.

* Demonstrated ability to assist with sketching and coloring design concepts.

* Familiarity with the process of creating design specifications or technical design packages.

* Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.
