Position Summary: GC Pro Custom House Office Manager

As our GC Pro Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that merchandise is properly received, stocked, organized in the sales floor, and merchandised according to best practicesstandards while creating and nurturing our culture of integrity, inclusion, passion, and respect. You are ultimately responsible for maintaining and increasing the efficiency of the GC Pro/AVDG "Custom House Business, organization, or organize.The successful candidate will implement and oversee business initiative across all operational functions including budgeting and reporting, inventory, logistics, IT, personnel matters, marketing, and take initiative to clean and or reorganization the small warehouse. People will look to you for strategic direction, tactical problem solving, and personalized mentorship.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales, margin, and inventory management targets
  • Build strategies to maintain positive Customer Satisfaction scores
  • Maintain company and house merchandising standards, overseeing efforts consistently presenting an organized, clean, and professional experience. This includes ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and demo-ready
  • Oversee management of merchandise and inventory, execute accurate and timely cycle counts, and oversee logistics and manage the dynamics between multiple facilities
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise managers and associates
  • Manage and coach the performance of direct reports to expected levels, developing their skills and capabilities to ensure goals are met
  • Be the GC Pro Brand Ambassador at work related events, functions, and meetings both on and off-site functions
  • Assist in the planning and execution of GC Pro meetings and events both on and off-site
  • Professionally interact with and qualify clients for GC Pro Account Managers
  • Partner with the GC Pro Leadership other members of your location to achieve EBITDA, sales, and margin goals.
  • Warehouse organization (only 2-3sq ft.), stocking, maintenance, and establishing a consistent cycle counting of the inventory.
  • Ensure operational activities are complete, remaining on time had within budget.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting (Excel based), fulfillment reports, operational, inventory.
  • Loss prevention and safety, inventory management, logistics, cash management, and business reporting.
  • Assisting to Drive sales by acting manager in charge when necessary.
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity.
  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Tojoinourband,you'llneedthefollowingexperience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience working in retail (preferably Guitar Center,) or in warehouse setting, in an operational setting to AV clientele or similar industry.
  • Must have a Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), must have Green Screen, and other internal systems.
  • Proven track record resolving problems, organizational skills, resourceful, and takes initiative with diplomacy building relationships to solve problems and finding resolution.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and client/sales driven.
  • We love flexible and agile people but understand if you have occasionally has other commitments. You must be able to work some weekends, holiday, and evenings.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs pallet jack is available for use.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor or Associates Degree is a plus
  • Have a thorough Understanding of Guitar Center retail systems and processes

Pay Rate:$85,000-$95,000/year depending on background and experience.
