Responsibilities LPN Float - Full Time St. Mary's Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate FullTime LPN Float to support patient care across multiple units. Learn more: https://www.stmarysregional.com What You'll Do As an LPN Float, you will support patient care needs across various units. Key responsibilities include: Participating in the modification of the plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, considering each patient's developmental needs. Participating in evaluating patient responses to interventions based on expected outcomes. Reassessing patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards of Care Policy and modifying the plan of care as needed. Contributing to patient assessments by conducting focused evaluations. Collecting and comparing patient data to previous conditions and documenting or reporting changes appropriately. Current BLS required. Experience One (1) year full or parttime (greater than 20 hours/week) hospitalbased experience required.
