Description
A strong-performing division of Green Bay Packaging, our team is seeking a passionate and motivated leader to help drive incremental, strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively lead four diverse teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.

We are looking for a leader who puts people first, leads by example, and is willing to step in across different areas of the business when needed to ensure the job gets done.
Responsibilities

  • Partner with the President/GM to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive divisional results.
  • Lead sales growth and profitability by managing existing accounts and prospecting new customers and markets.
  • Build and leverage data, tools, and reporting to identify opportunities and support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Lead, develop, and engage Sales, Design, and Customer Service teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance accountability.
  • Establish sales goals, metrics, budgets, and forecasts; ensure followthrough and results.
  • Improve margins through pricing strategy, negotiations, and collaboration across Sales, Design, and Customer Service.
  • Facilitate sales meetings and represent the organization at customer events (including occasional evenings/weekends).
  • Maintain strong knowledge of GBP corrugated product offerings and competitive solutions.


Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of progressive success in direct sales, including significant experience opening new accounts.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multiple functions while balancing competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong coaching, development, and motivational skills.
  • Strong commercial background with solid business acumen and financial understanding.
  • Knowledge of the corrugated or packaging industry strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A clean driving record.


Compensation & Benefits

In addition to a competitive wage of $100,000-$150,000/year, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension. Green Bay Packaging benefits may vary by position or division.
