The Per Diem - Sr. MARCOM Events Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of all Kelsey-Seybold for Seniors community events across local and regional markets. This role will be experienced in managing event calendars, securing venues, coordinating logistics, on-site setup and breakdown (including lifting event materials), and ensuring smooth end-to-end event flow.

As a key point of contact, this team player will collaborate closely with community partners and clinical stakeholders to maximize event impact while adhering to marketing standards and regulations. The coordinator will also manage marketing collateral needs, maintain inventory, and oversee the distribution of event materials and giveaways.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Events Management
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute local and regional Kelsey-Seybold for Seniors community events, including senior center activities, health fairs, and educational seminars
    • Manage all event logistics such as scheduling, venue selection, event flow, vendor coordination, onsite setup/breakdown, and transportation of materials (up to 35-60 lbs)
    • Ensure all events are executed in alignment with CMS marketing regulations and internal brand standards
    • Maintain event materials and promotional inventory; coordinate ordering, restocking, and distribution
    • Track event attendance, monitor budgets, and report performance and ROI through reporting tools
  • Community Relations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, senior centers, brokers, sales teams, and clinical partners to maximize event visibility and impact
    • Identify event opportunities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support Medicare lead generation and patient acquisition goals
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for community partners, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication
  • Other Duties as Assigned
    • Support additional marketing tasks, special projects, or internal initiatives as needed
    • Assist with cross-functional communications, documentation, and process improvements that enhance event and marketing efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of event management experience
  • Experience in planning speaker events, participation, and entertainment activities
  • Ability to create communications and directions for participation building superior and memorable events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including an advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Outgoing personality who enjoys networking and creating connections in person
  • Critical thinking and the ability to tell the "why" story with reporting campaign performance. Responsible, dependable, and accountable
  • Energetic personality and an inquiring, investigative mind
  • Solid organizational and logistics skills with an ability to prioritize, set and keep deadlines, change direction quickly, and adapt to various work environments easily
  • Exemplary problem solving and data analysis skills with a high attention to detail
  • Solid interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with community partners, senior centers, brokers, sales, and clinical teams
  • Valid Texas Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare and health plan marketing experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
