Barrett Paving Materials is seeking a Laborer to join our teams in Liverpool, NY. This role supports paving and road construction operations by performing essential field tasks in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Compensation $37.00 - $39.00 per hour Main Responsibilities Assist crews with paving, road construction, and heavy civil operations. Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment. Perform general labor tasks to support daily jobsite activities. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Skills Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude. Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor and changing weather conditions. Basic understanding of construction tools and jobsite practices. Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid Driver's License. Previous construction or paving experience preferred but not required.
