Notice of Collection & Privacy Policy for Applicants Residing in California: California Applicant Privacy Policy | Noridian (noridiansolutions.com) Job Title Business Resiliency Lead Job Summary The position will collaborate with department directors/managers across Noridian and the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement plans to anticipate, address, and mitigate the effects of various business interruptions. In addition, this position will develop and implement solutions for the enterprise regarding restoration of business processes in case of an event while working closely with leadership regarding the financial impact these solutions have on the organization. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy is required. An understanding of business interruptions and the knowledge of adequate workaround procedures is imperative for the success of this position. Similarly, the ability to use discernment on assessing potential risks and responses to the organization is of high importance. Essential Functions (Key Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities)

Salary Range: The pay range for this position is $79,267.71 - $130,374.83/year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
