ServiceNow Developer - Hybrid Position

Genesis10 is currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with over six years of hands-on platform development experience to design, develop, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Agile methodologies and bring prior or current full stack Java development experience to support integrations and custom solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges
• Lead, design, develop, test, and implement applications and system components, tools, and utilities
• Define opportunities to maximize resource utilization and improve processes while reducing cost
• Ensure compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area are met
• Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals, including managers
• Partner effectively with production support and platform engineering teams

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience
• 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience
• 1+ year of experience working with a globally dispersed team
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications
• Prior or current full stack Java development experience
• Ability to translate business needs to technical solutions
• Ability to perform data analysis and design data interfaces

Desired skills:

• 2+ years of Agile delivery experience
• Corporate real estate technology delivery experience
• Ability to foster a collaborative environment by actively participating in requirements and design discussions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a scrum team

Pay range: $71.88 - $79.88 per hour
