This role owns the enterprise marketing investment pool across ORx, with accountability for allocation, optimization, and performance of spend. The SVP establishes and enforces ROI thresholds and investment guardrails, with authority to reallocate resources across business units and make enterprise-level tradeoff decisions to maximize growth, efficiency, and IOI performance. This role owns and scales enterprise growth capabilities, including ROI-measured demand generation, omni-channel engagement, lifecycle marketing, and performance media, enabled by AI-driven marketing systems.

The SVP serves as a key member of the ORx, ORx Marketing, and Enterprise Marketing leadership teams, shaping how marketing drives enterprise value while building a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready organization. This role spans the entirety of the ORx portfolio, leading growth and retention marketing results across all lines of business, including Optum Home Delivery, Specialty Pharmacy, Infusion Pharmacy, Community Pharmacies, ORx PBM, Optum GPO / Emisar, and Specialty Holdings.
