THE ROLE Test Engineering is a critical function responsible for delivering high-quality microprocessors to market-driving cost, quality, and time-to-market. As a Test Engineer, you will play a key role across both pre-silicon and post-silicon phases. Pre-silicon, you will develop characterization strategies, identify test coverage gaps, and build the infrastructure needed to validate new designs. Post-silicon, you will focus on debug, characterization, and yield improvement, working hands-on with silicon to resolve performance and manufacturing challenges. This role offers strong cross-functional exposure, partnering closely with Design and Platform Engineering to influence product quality and drive continuous improvement for current and future generations.
