Position Overview

Work Force, LLC is offering an internship opportunity for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to support our Legal Support Division. As a Data Entry Intern, you will assist in processing and organizing legal records within the ILSL Legal File System.

This role is ideal for students, recent graduates, or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in data management, legal support operations, and remote work environments.

Compensation Structure

We offer a performance-based structure designed to reward productivity and accuracy:

• Production Pay:  $150.00 USD per completed and verified file (approximately 500 data points per file)

• Operational Support Rate:  $9.80 USD per hour for administrative availability

• Earning Potential:  Interns who perform efficiently can increase their earnings based on output and accuracy

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and manage large volumes of data within the legal file system

• Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information

• Meet assigned deadlines and maintain consistent workflow

• Communicate progress and updates with team supervisors

Qualifications

• Basic experience with data entry, administration, or computer-based work (preferred but not required)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar tools

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
