Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency communication guidelines at a dynamic technology location.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other dispatch systems to receive calls for service, prioritize security-related concerns, and relay information to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate timely communication between on-site staff and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, documenting security-related events, unusual activity, and actions taken during the shift.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, while also supporting the dispatch function by observing conditions, reporting concerns, and helping to deter unwanted activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
