Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Coordinator- Integrative Health.
In this role, the successful candidate The Project Coordinator within the Department of Integrative Health plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of multiple projects and activities by providing comprehensive administrative, logistical, and operational assistance. This multifaceted role involves diverse responsibilities including time-keeping, volunteer onboarding, fellowship and education coordination, data management, general support for programs, events, and research endeavors, as well as marketing and outreach.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides basic to moderate coordination for all deparmental projects and activities. This includes coordinating projects while working/communicating with internal and external parties to organize and coordinate various components needed to initiate, run, and complete projects. Develops project schedules, prepares, processes, and tracks project-related purchase requisitions/supply inventory, reimbursements, expense reports, and related invoice payments.
- Independently prepares and reviews documents, generating status/progress reports for ongoing and pending projects, including moderate analysis of findings. Outlines agenda, plans and prepares presentations, and composes various memos and letters. Reviews, edits, and obtains appropriate approvals. Responds to routine correspondences and refers non-routine items to the appropriate party. Follows protocols as defined by the department and instiution's policies and procedures.
- Organizes and coordinates schedules, activities, and special events. Coordinates preparation for events (checking and coordinating logistics and technical support, making food and beverage arrangements, etc.) and other related activities. May assist in special events planning.
- Gathers and collects data from various sources, presenting findings as applicable. Researches problems, issues, and concerns, responding to requests for information. Assists in developing materials and presentations for training, educational sessions, departmental seminars, and other activities.
- Manage the department's learning management system and course registration platform. This includes overseeing user accounts, course offerings, registrations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the system to support educational initiatives and training programs.
- Assists in the onboarding and training of volunteers for the program. Reviews workflow and may recommend improvements if applicable to ensure appropriate cycle times and efficiency.
- Responsible for entering monthly staff schedules, daily maintenance of sick days, PTO, etc. in Kronos Timekeeper, and follows up on missed punches, unexcused absences, and unscheduled hours.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor degree or equivalent in business administration, health care administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiar with Internet applications.
Effective oral, written, communication, interpersonal skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and must work and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently. Time management skills and ability to work well under pressure. Ability to Project/Program manage and to multi task while paying attention to details..
Preferred Licenses: Registered Nurse License-NYS
Preferred Qualifications:
Project/Program management experience preferred.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $38.72 - $61.15 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
