Senior Recruiter

The Contract Senior Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and recruiting mid-to-senior level positions across multiple business functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver a consultative, high touch recruiting experience while ensuring strong and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for building and maintaining talent pipelines and executing full cycle recruiting. This role operates in a collaborative environment and works closely with Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Team and HR Business Partners.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruiting with a strong focus on mid to senior level professional or leadership roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in an ever-changing environment.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in recruiting and onboarding.
