Job Description:

The Project Manager - Project Execution is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and closure
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Monitor project progress and performance, addressing risks and issues proactively
  • Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment and timely updates
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and organizational policies
  • Track budgets, costs, and resource utilization
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficient project execution
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management or project execution roles
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
