APPLY TODAY Job Requirements What You'll Do: Lead enterprise continuous improvement and process engineering initiatives to eliminate systemic operational and customer experience issues Design, redesign, and optimize crossfunctional processes across the customer lifecycle Establish governance, metrics, and accountability frameworks to ensure sustainable improvements Partner with crossfunctional leaders to implement and validate permanent solutions Lead, develop, and manage a team of continuous improvement and process professionals What You'll Bring: 10+ years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, process engineering, or transformation leadership 10+ years of experience leading crossfunctional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations 5+ years of experience applying structured problemsolving and process improvement methodologies Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience What Sets You Apart: Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement certification Experience building and scaling new operational functions or enterprise operating models Experience in highgrowth or technologydriven environments Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
