DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position will be processing information received from the courts and other jurisdictions into the IMS system, in an accurate and timely manner. Once received and prior to entering, you will review documents received for completeness and accuracy. This position requires knowledge of appropriate forms and the requirements of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code. Understands and follows the proper procedure involved in the examination and data entry of all documents as they relate to the notification of completion of accelerated rehabilitative disposition (ARD). Exercises independent judgment within established guidelines and processes when processing notifications. Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
- Work hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with a 1-hour lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
