Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the executive management team, providing high-level data analysis and actionable insights that bridge the gap between financial results and operational performance. This role is a cornerstone of the Finance department, focused on optimizing company health by tracking customer acquisition costs, workforce efficiency, and critical operational metrics such as attrition and installation lag. The ideal candidate will possess the technical expertise to manage complex databases and the communication skills to translate that data into executive-ready reports and board-level presentations.

Your Impact



  • Monitor and report on the specific costs associated with acquiring and onboarding new customers.
  • Evaluate the productivity of sales teams and field service technicians through detailed efficiency reporting.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of vital business drivers, including customer attrition rates, installation timelines, and compliance processing speeds.
  • Draft monthly performance reviews and prepare high-stakes presentation materials for Board of Directors meetings.
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership to facilitate the annual budgeting process and manage ongoing financial forecasting.
  • Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and maintenance of interactive data visualization dashboards within Power BI.
  • Serve as a technical liaison for the accounting department, providing advanced database troubleshooting and data management expertise.
  • Support evolving organizational needs by generating specialized reports on various financial and operational trends.


MinimumRequirements



  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a similar analytical role.
  • Robust foundational knowledge of general financial accounting practices and specific cost accounting methodologies.
  • Strict adherence to and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience navigating specialized accounting software and managing complex databases.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly through both oral presentations and written documentation for executive audiences.
  • Meticulous approach to data integrity, ensuring a high degree of accuracy across all financial reports and datasets.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in a role requiring board-level reporting or cross-departmental strategic partnership.

Approximate Compensation is $85,000 - $130,000 annually. Compensation is determined based on experience, skillset, travel, and geographical location.
