The Program Director will serve as focal point for internal Healthcare Vertical Sales Teams teams on project status or other project information. They will ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and according to requirements and expectations. Continuously monitors progress, communicates status. Communicate any potential risks to senior team member and drive the execution of the program. In addition, the Program Director will share knowledge with other capabilities for the consistent understanding of the program. Escalate significant gaps or risks to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and stakeholders for visibility and timely decision-making. Reinforce alignment to Infor's top priorities, assisting functional teams in prioritizing their business roadmaps. Assist Healthcare Sales teams to establish knowledge processes to operationalize, maintain, and sustain strategic initiatives within the healthcare business.

Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams by overseeing task completion, continuously monitoring project progress, and proactively communicating status to ensure all deliverables are met on time and aligned with requirements and expectations.
  • Communicate any potential risks to senior team members.
  • Drive the execution of the Healthcare Sales Team program priorities.
  • Share knowledge with other capabilities for the consistent understanding of the Healthcare Sales program.
  • Escalate significant gaps or risks to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and stakeholders for visibility and timely decision-making.
  • Reinforce alignment to Infor's top priorities, assisting functional teams in prioritizing their business roadmaps.
  • Help Healthcare Sales teams establish knowledge processes to operationalize, maintain, and sustain strategic initiatives within the business.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in strategic initiative management.
  • Experience working in a role that involves analysis of data.
  • Experience presenting and leading meetings working with all levels of an organization.
  • Experience working with change management initiatives.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with globally distributed teams.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Experience working in a role identifying and resolving customer concerns and issues as they arise.
  • Experience in Project and Program Management software tools and methodologies.
  • Experience at coaching and mentoring global stakeholders.
  • Experience using technology in project management processes and Microsoft Office suite.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office (Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA)
