Description Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Manager Supervisor to join our team at our Bridgeport AIC program. The AIC, or Alternative in the Community program is a community-based alternative to incarceration and provides multifaceted intervention services for offenders awaiting trial, or who are on probation or parole. The program uses Motivational Interviewing techniques and curricula-drive, evidence-based models designed to assess the needs of each client to reduce individual risk factors. This position will provide general and supervisory case management duties and will ensure community safety and effective program operation through internal and external monitoring of client activities and program services. Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Tuesday/Thursday 12:00pm to 8:00pm Salary: $58,656.00 annually Company Overview Community Solutions Inc. CSI understands clients and staff have been impacted by trauma. CSI is becoming a trauma-informed organization by hiring individuals with existing experience in trauma-informed practices as well as supporting ongoing staff development with trauma-informed practices. This will include learning to recognize symptoms of trauma and how to respond, through training starting at orientation and throughout their career at CSI. CSI is committed to systematically evaluating the integration of the trauma-informed values of safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment at all levels of the organization's policies, procedures, and structures to guard against the possibility of re-traumatization.
