The HR Business Processes and Systems Specialist is responsible for providing strategy, process, and technical expertise to our Human Resources organization. This position will serve as an internal advisor to the Human Resources organization, helping them to streamline operations, develop and implement new solutions, and make enhancements to existing programs. This position partners with regional and global colleagues to ensure business rules and requirements are fulfilled with the highest level of accuracy, completeness, and integrity. The successful candidate will need to be able to think strategically, as well as be comfortable getting into the details of processes, technology, and business needs. They must be able to understand the desired outcomes of their business customers and translate them into processes and solutions that achieve those goals. A successful candidate must embrace new technologies such as AI in support of business objectives. Strong analytical and project management skills are critical, as responsibilities include coordination between business customers and ICT, as well as global colleagues. Basic Qualifications:
