- Collaborate with various Finance Accounting Groups toidentify, design, develop, and implement technical solutions in business intelligence reporting/analytics, business process management, AI, and process automations.
- Manage value-added projectsutilizingcontinuous improvement methods.
- Analyze and support complex business processes, create functional/technical documents to drive solutions.
- Apply project management skills to manage deliverables and meet project timelines.
- Develop and deliver technical training, perform proof of concepts/pilot solutions, vendor software evaluations, continuous self-development. Presentation to leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics; or related.
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Demonstrate technicalproficiencyin AI, automation, analytics and data visualization and strong business acumen to align technology solutions with businessobjectives
- Strongproblemsolver and communicator
- Experience building or implementing process improvement technology solutions using:
- Business intelligence reporting, analytics (Power BI/SAP Analytics Cloud/Qlik/Tableau, similar)
- Finance ERP tools (SAP suite, Oracle suite, or similar)
- MS Power Platform (Power Query, Power Automate, PowerApps)
- Generative AI (AWS, Microsoft Copilot Studio)
- Robotic Process Automation (Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, similar)
- Data transformation tools (AWS, Azure,Knime,SQL, Python, similar)
- Finance ERP tools (SAP suite, Oracle suite, or similar)
- Team management, driving cooperation
- Strong problem-solving
- Ability to influence and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Technical or business degree
- Certifications in Analytics, data science, process automation, data academy trained, process improvement (Lean Six Sigma)
- Experience using Finance ERP tools (SAP suite, Oracle suite)
