Job Summary

The Procurement Senior Category Manager - Fleet is responsible for developing and executing the strategic sourcing vision for CCBSS and Coca-Cola bottler partners across an evolving Fleet category. This includes traditional fleet responsibilities and emerging technologies such as autonomous trucking, AGVs, automated retrieval systems, telematics analytics, route optimization, predictive diagnostics, and multi-tenant cross-bottler contracting structures. The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder communication capabilities, and the ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives across a systemwide fleet landscape. The successful candidate will also leverage and maintain relationships with Coca-Cola system entities, including Bottlers, NAOU, CEPG, CONA, and members of CCBSS.


Candidates must be able to manage multiple priorities, exhibit strong interpersonal skills, and communicate concisely. The ideal candidate will have the capability to lead sourcing projects, foster supplier and business stakeholder relationships, and support complex projects related to their portfolio of responsibility. This position requires strong capabilities and experience with spend, financial, and sourcing analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Advocate for strategic procurement decisions and resolve day-to-day supply chain challenges.
  • Develop end-to-end fleet sourcing strategies, including autonomous trucking, AGVs, automated retrieval systems, predictive analytics, and advanced telematics platforms.
  • Lead sourcing events, negotiations, and cross-bottler contracting initiatives
  • Build scalable multi-tenant agreements benefiting systemwide fleet operations
  • Analyze emerging trends in autonomous freight, electric/low-carbon vehicles, robotics, and optimization technologies
  • Translate analytics and fleet data into clear executive-ready insights and recommendations
  • Lead implementation of pilot programs across autonomous mobility and smart-fleet technology
  • Establish KPIs for supplier performance, technology uptime, safety, innovation, and cost efficiency
  • Foster supplier relationships to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Mitigate risks related to fleet operations, supply continuity, safety, and technology adoption

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and influence different areas of the business in a successful way


Preferred Key Skills and Abilities



  • Advanced analytical capability, including fleet data modeling, telematics diagnostics, automation datasets, and optimization algorithms
  • Experience evaluating and implementing autonomous systems, AGVs, robotics, and predictive technologies
  • Strong negotiation, contracting, and supplier governance skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional alignment capabilities
  • Learning agility and the ability to influence operational, technical, and strategic decision-making
  • Demonstrated understanding of budgets, financial modeling, and TCO methodologies.

Education Requirements

4 Year / Bachelor's Degree

Years of Experience

5-7 years Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent work experience

Required Travel

Travel is not expected in this job; however, employees may be asked to travel for meetings or training on occasion.

Hybrid Work Environment

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager's discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager's discretion and is subject to change depending on business needs.
