Krispy Kreme's Distribution Services Representative is responsible for

administering and effectively achieving daily/weekly/monthly tasks related to

all aspects of Distribution Services. This position is responsible for

interacting with the 3rd party distributors and customers to ensure the needs

of end customer are meet.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Monitoring, reviewing, verifying, confirming all daily orders submitted through the Oracle system, emergency shipments, deliveries, returns, and credit results.
• Providing and communicating alternative order solutions in a pleasant, positive manner with customers and department members
• Using a working knowledge of current software to provide and maintain clearly organized records of all customer transactions.
• Establishing customers' confidence by providing a quick and accurate response to all requests
• Monitoring, reviewing, verifying, confirming all daily error reports and awaiting receipts reports to ensure all orders are corrected and processed through the Oracle system timely to ensure shops orders are closed and payment data is processed through for 3rd party distributors correctly.
• Ensuring that LTO orders for franchise shops are added to the daily orders in a timely manner.
• Communicate and maintain feedback of internal and external customers, assist in complaint resolution
• Work under general supervision to complete inquiries and assignments before deadlines
• Other duties as assigned.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Bachelors' degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a customer relations work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
• Excellent organization, communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong data keying skills
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a customer service role, interacting with people predominately by telephone.
