Northwestern University is seeking a temporary full-time Event Production Coordinator for the Evanston campus.

Temporary Job Description:

This position provides room set-up and event support for the spaces Norris Event Management oversees within Norris University Center. The Production Coordinator will provide direction to and work alongside a team of undergraduate student staff to complete event set-ups, including tables and chairs, stage risers, and other pieces of non-technical equipment. This position is mainly in-person that may require evening and weekend work hours. The schedule is generally Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, but flexible arrangements for evening and weekend shifts may be needed for significant events with advance notice.

This position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and the ability to use stairs to complete equipment set ups, and may require brief periods of working outdoors.
