MaineHealth Pediatric Care is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse! In this welcoming physician office setting, you'll support patients and families, partner with providers, and deliver meaningful, high-quality care. An active RN license is required, along with 1+ year of experience (2+ preferred,BSN preferred). Be part of a collaborative environment where your compassion makes a difference every day. This Per Diem position would have shifts availble in a Monday - Friday Clinical care setting.

Summary:
The Registered Nurse II - Ambulatory role uses professional nursing processes to assess the needs of patients and families calling or presenting for care in the physician office and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. BLS certification is not required for positions that are 100% remote.
  3. Experience: One year of RN experience required. Two years of relevant experience preferred. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Registered Nurse I - Ambulatory Care role.
