Summary:
The Case Manager - Prescription Assistance role is responsible for interacting with medical providers, pharmacy staff, and staff at pharmaceutical companies to research and resolve recurring and/or urgent medication needs, administer and track the status of Prescription Assistance Program (PAP) applications, advocate on behalf of members, screen program members for eligibility for local/state/federal programs, and assist with finding community resources.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in social services, pharmacy, or healthcare field preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two years of experience in social/human services, pharmacy, healthcare management, or related field required. Community outreach experience and networking required. Experience in public speaking required.
