Assistant Property Manager, Residential
Overview The Assistant Property Manager (APM) plays a critical role in supporting the overall success of the property by focusing on resident relations, delinquency management, and team supervision. This position is responsible for fostering positive resident experiences, ensuring timely rent collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. The APM directly supervises the Resident Services Coordinator, who manages resident-facing customer service, and the Vendor Coordinator, who oversees daily vendor traffic and service coordination. In the absence of the Property Manager, the APM assumes full responsibility for property operations and ensures that all objectives are met in alignment with company standards.
