Supports multiple product teams or lead operations for a more complex capability area, driving consistency in planning, helping teams navigate ambiguity, and ensuring that priorities translate into real progress. Brings both structure and foresight to connect dots across teams, highlight risks, and improve operational maturity through scalable solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Leads planning and execution cycles across multiple pods or an entire solution team.

  • Manages the intake and prioritization process for enhancements, tech debt, and new features.

  • Ensures alignment across product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

  • Drives launch readiness by coordinating dependencies, documentation, training, and communications.

  • Tracks OKRs and key metrics, and provide reporting for leadership reviews or steering committees.

  • Identifies inefficiencies or blockers across the delivery process and implement improvements.

  • Supports cross-functional initiatives (e.g., PI planning, enterprise tooling, initiative health reviews).

  • Mentors Associate and Product Ops Managers to level up the team.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Operations, Strategy, Chief of Staff, or Program Management roles supporting senior leaders.

  • Strong executive communication skills, including experience building clear presentations, narratives, and leadership materials.

  • Ability to synthesize complex information quickly and translate it into concise strategic messaging. High level of organization and discretion when working with sensitive or leadership-level information.

  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve quickly.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams


Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in business or related field. In lieu of a degree, 7 years of practical experience may offset education requirements.

Minimum Experience

Three years in product operations, agile program management, or equivalent digital operations roles. Experience supporting re-platforming efforts, go-to-market processes, or migrations. Experience managing multiple teams or working at the capability/portfolio level.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong fluency in agile frameworks and planning tools (Jira, ADO, Planview, Confluence, etc.). Skilled in stakeholder communication, risk management, and progress tracking. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, organizing cross-team work, and surfacing blockers. Familiarity with product analytics, OKR tracking, or portfolio-level reporting. Experience influencing process at scale (e.g., implementing tooling changes or new ceremonies).

Additional Details: This position is eligible for telecommuting and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week
