Job Title: Senior Accountant
Bill Rate: $45-52/hr
Location: Palm Beach Gardens Florida 33410 (Onsite 3 days/week)
Length: 3 months to start (potential for extension)

Looking to:

• Coordinate daily and review cash reconciliation (1st level)
• Prepare accruals (journal entries and reconciliation)
• Support intercompany accounting reviews
• Support standup and future controls for the perspective FSlis
• Oversee HFM loading and mapping process

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and perform daily cash reconciliations, including first-level review and issue resolution.
• Prepare accruals, including journal entries and supporting reconciliations, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support intercompany accounting reviews by analyzing transactions, identifying variances, and assisting with corrections.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and enhancement of controls for future FSLI-related processes.
• Oversee the HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) loading and mapping process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards.
