Student Support

  • Student Application Support: Respond to student inquiries regarding applications to VIPR teams, providing guidance and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Application Management: Oversee student application workflows in InfoReady, including submission to faculty for review, tracking progress, and acting on faculty recommendations.
  • Scholarship Administration: Manage undergraduate student awards in Scholarship Universe, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication with recipients

Communications

  • Team Communication & Promotion: Solicit and collect team activities, updates, and photos for communication purposes, working collaboratively with stakeholders to highlight program achievements.
  • Website Updates: Collaborate with the OVPI Communications team to maintain and update the VIPR website, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.

Event & Recruitment

  • Event Coordination: Partner with Morehead Honors College to support VIPR team participation in the CURO Symposium, including logistical planning and communication.
  • Recruitment Efforts: Assist the Associate Vice Provost (AVP) in recruiting new VIPR teams, identifying opportunities for program expansion and faculty involvement.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the AVP on matters related to VIPR, contributing to the program's overall growth and success.
