Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and demonstrate a commitment to quality and efficiency. As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly process, contributing to the production of our top-tier products.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

* Completes work area setup.
* Perform assembly operations in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
* Utilize hand and power tools to assemble parts and sub-assemblies.
* Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components finished product.
* Ensures work area is safe, clean, and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate.
* Completes pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and reports any problems or concerns.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
* Maintains production records as required.
* Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities and make necessary adjustments to be compliant with standards.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
* Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards.
* Participates in safety, CI, and other training programs and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
* High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
* Proven experience in assembly or a related field preferred.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
* Working knowledge of basic math
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
