PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $18 - $25/hr hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. PLEASE NOTE: As a BECU Intern, you will not be eligible for any benefit plans or arrangements that are generally available to BECU employees, except for paid time off (PTO). You will accrue 12 hours over the summer which you may use or be paid out at the end of your intern assignment if unused. To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA. If you're located within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our Headquarters on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of Tukwila Financial Center and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.
