The Opportunity with McKinstry This Senior Product Manager role is a key leadership position supporting the rollout of Procore as part of McKinstry's Core IV initiative, aligned with the broader enterprise transformation driven by Elevate, the company's ERP replacement. In this role, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Procore as a core platform for construction delivery. You will ensure alignment with enterprise systems, support standardized processes, and enable scalable solutions that connect field operations with financial and business systems. A primary focus will be driving adoption during the initial rollout, establishing best practices, and ensuring Procore effectively supports critical workflows such as document control, RFIs, submittals, and project financials. You will also identify gaps, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with long-term enterprise goals. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with the ability to influence across a complex stakeholder environment and drive change in a high-visibility transformation effort. The pay range for this position is $99,270 - $169,900 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
