Ingram Content Group (ICG)is searching for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our team in La Vergne. The person in this role provides strategic business analysis to key stakeholders and customers, works closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, and the context in which the business operates. They also gather and translate business requirements into software solutions for the entire cycle of software development and implementation; identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level. Other responsibilities include researching, analyzing, documenting and resolving related internal and external issues with customers, besides facilitating project meetings and presentations to diverse audiences. Additionally, they train other IT associates for secondary application support, as well as business unit associates for primary customer support. Hiring Salary Range:$84.895k-$107.643k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
