CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Construction Inspection Team in Columbia, SC. In this role, you'll partner closely with Project Managers and client teams to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of initiatives-from early planning through delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing project coordination, data management, and clientfocused support while contributing to meaningful, communityfocused work.



What You'll Do:

    Support Project Managers with day to day coordination of active projects and client programs
  • Maintain and organize project schedules, documentation, data, and reporting materials
  • Coordinate project information across client databases and internal systems
  • Prepare status updates, reports, and supporting materials for project tracking
  • Assist with assigning resources and coordinating updates across project teams
  • Serve as a key point of coordination between internal staff and client stakeholders, including handling financial inquiries


What You Bring:

  • Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project design required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access required, with experience using project management tools
  • Knowledge of client industrial process efficiency programs is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a client focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment

Salary Range:

$33.50 - $37.00

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
