Together, we work closely with functional areas across Electric Operations to support compliance initiatives, provide transparent agency reporting and case management, and standardize workflows and tools that enable consistent, reliable compliance practices. Compliance Excellence focuses on embedding compliance considerations into daytoday operations through collaboration, clear accountability, and effective program coordination. Position Summary The Project Management & Compliance Intern will support the Director within Compliance Excellence by assisting with the coordination, tracking, and organization of compliance related initiatives. This internship provides hands on exposure to how regulatory compliance programs are supported and managed in a large, regulated utility environment. The successful intern will contribute to project coordination activities, assist with organizing documentation, support training and professional development tracking, and help prepare summary materials for leadership. PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.52 to $35.37 Responsibilities Under the guidance of Compliance Excellence leadership, the intern will:
The successful intern will have the opportunity to learn about Compliance Excellence activities as described above while gaining exposure to regulatory frameworks and agencies such as the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (OEIS), working closely with experienced leaders. Additionally, the intern will develop practical project coordination and organizational skills through the work they will be performing across Electric Operations.
