Location: Bismarck, ND Company: Interstate Power Systems Position: Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic Interstate Power Systems is hiring a skilled Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic in Bismarck, ND. Join a growing team supporting Freightliner, Western Star, and Detroit Diesel trucks for fleets and owner-operators across the region. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, and related systems Use diagnostic software (Cummins Insite, DDDL, OEM tools) Complete service documentation and ensure DOT compliance Maintain a clean, safe work environment What We're Looking For 2-5 years of diesel mechanic experience Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical and hydraulic systems Experience with Freightliner and Detroit Diesel preferred ASE or manufacturer certifications a plus Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred Ability to lift to 75 lbs.
