What You'll Do

  • Safely operate hydraulic crane to move concrete products and materials throughout the plant and yard.
  • Perform daily pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and proper lifting practices.
  • Maintain clear and organized work areas to support safe operations.
  • Accurately complete required inspection logs and documentation.
  • Operate other mobile equipment (forklifts, loaders) as needed to support plant operations.
  • Assist with general yard or production support tasks as needed.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience operating cranes in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of applicable safety precatuions.
  • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous labor.
  • Must be willing to receive training for crane certification.

Your Education

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • NCCCO certification or equivalent
