Voith Hydro is hiring for: Regional Chief Operating Office Summary - The Regional COO for NA is a key member of the Regional Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Regional CEO and Global COO. Incumbent is responsible for the execution of operations throughout the region ensuring delivery performance, quality, efficiency, and the highest standards of safety. This position oversees and optimizes core operational functions in the region - namely Projects, Engineering, Supply Chain existing of Procurement and Logistics, Manufacturing, and Construction & Commissioning - and holds the accountability for successful Project Execution in the dimensions time, quality, costs, and safety dimensions. In alignment with the Global COO, incumbent escalates if cross-regions delivery bottlenecks or major resource shifts are needed. Responsibilities
