We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our accounting team at our growing NYC-based construction management firm. This role reports directly to the Northeast Division Controller and plays a key supporting role across core accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, compliance, financial reporting, and lien management processes. As an Accounting Manager, you will work closely with both the accounting and project teams, under the direction of the Controller, to assist in the execution and coordination of day-to-day financial operations. This individual will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close activities, and helping to ensure processes are followed consistently across projects. The ideal candidate will act as a reliable resource to the team-helping to facilitate workflows, follow up on outstanding items, and provide general support to ensure the smooth operation of accounting functions. This role is not responsible for owning processes independently but is critical in supporting the Controller and broader team in maintaining strong financial management practices and operational efficiency.
